Jennifer Lawrence Announces Engagement to Gallery Director Cooke Maroney
Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence has announced her engagement to art gallery director Cooke Maroney.
The pair reportedly began dating last summer after being introduced through a mutual friend. Lawrence was spotted wearing a “massive ring” and enjoying what appeared to be a celebratory dinner with Maroney at a French restaurant in New York City recently, Page Six reports.

Maroney is the director of the Gladstone Gallery’s uptown outpost, Gladstone 64, which opened in 2016 and is currently showing works by German artist Paloma Varga Weisz. Lawrence is known for starring in The Hunger Games film series and her acclaimed performances in American Hustle, Winter’s Bone, Joy, and her Academy Award–winning turn in Silver Linings Playbook.
Lawrence’s representatives confirmed the couple’s engagement earlier this week.
